Bust Your Fear

Well, I spent my day pretty much on the phone. I was trying to make an apt for a 2nd opinion for my back and investigate the Vax-D method of treatment. I am trying to get more information, and keep my control by taking action, thus this quote seemed to be perfect for today.

"The two greatest fear busters are knowledge and action."
                        - Denis Waitley

I feel less fear today especially investigating the Vax-D and I feel pretty positive I'm going to try it & that it will work. This brought my fear down considerably. I'm still not thrilled on the one possibility with my hip but I'm trying not to worry until I find out.

That's an awesome quote and I am so sorry to hear about your back and sad to hear about the fact you have been frightened. I honestly don't understand the treatment you are talking about but I am "very" glad you are investigating this treatment before diving head first into it. My mom's friend had some kind of injury to her back (forget offhand what it's called). In any event, her doctor wanted her to have surgery and I looked the injury up on the net. According to Johns Hopkins, people who had surgery for the problem ended up worse. The same doctor told her therapy would not help her. Anyway, to make a long story short, she went through water therapy and is completely healed and free of pain now:0)   Sorry, I "do" know what was wrong with her but the name just won't surface.
I apologize for being ignorant of your particular situation but my heart goes out to you. Please continue to gain knowledge about this treatment. See if you can find other people who have had the treatment. I hope, with all my heart, it will be the right one for you.

So sorry to hear about your back... and I do hope they find something to help you.  Pain is horrible thing...
knowledge on the other hand can be a two sided knife.  Love the quote!

Knowledge does indeed help in any case. This way if you know what exactly the drs are talking about you can be instrumental in deciding your own treatment. Keeping you in my prayers on the smoke! (Hugs) Indigo
